First, we have told the buyer clearly that this is printed rug and we showed him the details before he placed the order. When the rugs were done, we sent him photos and videos. Then the buyer paid us the balance and we made the delivery. So the quality of these rugs is 100% same as what we showed him. Second, we shipped rugs out to the buyer on May 29th and gave him the tracking number at the same day. As there was some delay on shipping, the buyer received the rugs on June 27th. It happens sometimes. This is out of our control. We just made the delivery in time
